What is GA4?
Google Analytics 4 is the shiny new(ish) tool that tracks what people actually do on your website – from clicking donate buttons to disappearing after two seconds. It helps you understand supporter journeys, spot drop-off points and optimise for conversions.


What I do:
- Set measurement goals and define website KPIs
- Build Looker Studio reports using Google Analytics 4 data
- Cross-check data against CRM or other sources (e.g. CRM data) to ensure accuracy
- Present insights and actionable learnings
